In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

No, because I listened to the jailhouse call recording of him giving instructions to hide assets.
I also did not find it suspicious, because of the many dishonest (and I don't use that word lightly) claims he makes in his presentations. Did not surprise me a bit about the unpaid taxes.
I also note that you failed to answer the question. What were the false allegations?

You'll notice that Ray Comfort and Ken Hamm are also prominant creationists who profit from their religious ministry. People don't like them for their dishonest debating techniques and in Hamm's case dodgy use of public funds... but they aren't theives.
Kent Hovind is a criminal because of his crimes and not his religion.

And in number two you claimed that he is not even a Christian. Of course by your standards it appears that no one is a Christian. I think you definition may need a bit of work.

Wasn't arrested for his Christian beliefs, he was arrested for lying about his income and tax avoidance.
No human avoids sin to the Christian standard. Even coveting something that isn't yours or hating someone is a sin.
...really? Adam and Eve... they are the most significant sinners in the Bible. If you take them as literal people then they obviously disobey direct orders from God and then lie about it.
(And even if you take them as allegory for the human race, then they represent human sin nature.)
