Yes it is my experience, Jesus rebuked me for this, you can't be filled with the Holy spirit and touch. If you are not so close to the Holy spirit, you probably don't feel anything that make it so wrong, maybe not because a lot people feel guilty after doing it.

Having experienced losing the fullness of the holy spirit because of that, it is not my 'sense of guilt' and Jesus even rebuked me explicitly about that.
A lot of pastors and ministers agree with me about this, that it is a sin.

Why you say that? the Lord rebuking me was a empty feeling in the pit of my gut? no, it was Him spiritually it was very clear. Also i could discern like i said that it makes you dirty, at least brings into you something that the Holy spirit doesn't want.

Also i wish it was not a sin, because i'm weak to sex, and have urges, that seems almost 'injust' that God gives so much urge and you can't do anything if you can't get a wife. But i learned that it is a sin the hard way, and displeases the Holy spirit.

Could some other person be filled with the holy spirit and do it anyways? then i would start to wonder why that happened to me that way and if God is more strict with me than to others? i don't think so.
