In at work today. I was supposed to have it off for the delivery of a new bed, but the install place called yesterday to postpone it until Tuesday.

So I had to attend a "Cartographic Open House." What a snooze fest. I ducked out at first break and am back doing my usual job.

I remember in the 1970's being in Church school - and the music teacher coming into the class with a copy of stairway to heaven and trying to convince us that it said "My Sweet Satan". To be honest, it never sounded like anything more than Charlie Brown's teacher to me.

A few things - y'all ever have one of those days where everything you and your spouse do together just makes you super happy and reminds you that you were perfect for each other.

As an extension of that first one - ever have that day where every little thing they do (every smile, every laugh, legit everything) just makes you crave and desire them? I love when that happens, makes me thankful to the Lord for an incredible spouse who makes me feel so many things for her.

God is amazing. I've been in a very 'praise mood' the past couple of days.

Finally - Netflix Canada took off Captain America:Civil War - this is poppycock!!

Ah well, we're watching Captain America:Winter Soldier now - this movie is amazing.

It was used on the Beatles White Album.

If you run Revolution #9 backwards the repeating "numbah nine, numbah nine," says "turn me on dead man" over and over.

On Back in the USSR, where it says "back in the Us, back in the US, back in the USSR," the backwards play has "we need help, said we need help, said .."

Oh, they look cool. I don't know a lot about Overwatch, but I'm sure my husband does. We want to go to Blizzcon next year so these could be a possibility!

That would be awesome. What would you want to do with it?

I'm not too sure at the moment. I love doing my podcast (and working on my friends films when he's doing them/I can) - and if I could get paid for doing it, that would be the most ideal. I've applied to a couple jobs with some big ministries for editing/writing/production on their podcast/media front, but don't have the education/experience for it.

At some point I was gung-ho about becoming a youth pastor (an area I have some experience with, but not formal education), had a bunch of interviews, sent out many applications - and nothing but rejections. So at this point it still stings and I'm kinda out on the idea - but still praying through it.

I've been doing social work/social ministries for about 10 years, and I don't know how much more of it I have in me - so that's whats gotten me to this wondering point.
