The world perished being overflowed with water, not the air where the birds flew. The bird from the Ark was still capable of flying after the rain stopped to look for ground.

144,000 will live as priests. God comes down to earth to dwell with mankind. Not all of mankind to dwell with God.

Just as He dwelt with man in the tabernacle with the Ark of the Covenant.
It comes down out of heaven to be with mankind.

And new heavens will be created
Isiah 65:17

and that is where we will dwell, In the Paradise earth just as orioginally planned.

God's creation continues today at Genesis 1:27 since God, the Trinity, is STILL creating mankind in His Image or Spiritually in Christ. Ask any Gospel preacher.

The prophecy of Genesis 1:28-31 is FUTURE to our time, since there has NEVER been a time in History when "Gen 1:30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so" ALL living creatures were vegetarians, including Bears and Lions.

Which fits your view of QAL being a completed action in what way? It "was" active, it "became" but wasn't always so and wouldn't always be so.

Notice that "was" in my sentence points to a past existence. Was is never used to describe a present condition. You don't say I "was" a potter to explain your current occupation, or to explain how you became a potter when previously employed in another field.

You don't say I was a father to all my children, you say I became a father to point to a future condition.

Eve was not the mother of all living when Adam named her. She became the mother of all living. A verb of action, not a state of being. She was not a mother, no other people existed. But, she was to become the mother of all living. An action to be completed in the future. A change of one state to another as the QAL perfect always implies.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but God created three heavens in Genesis 1.

2 Corinthians 12:2c ... such an one caught up to the third heaven.

This is why "heaven" is singular in Verse 1 and plural after creation is finished.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Genesis 2:1 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

I realize that where the King James Bible differs from the Hebrew, the Hebrew is wrong; but can any of you tongues speakers tell me what word Moses used for "heaven" (singular) before Satan wrote Strong's Concordance and changed it?

And if that word came from the Masterwreckeded Text or Textis Disrespectus, who put it there?
