Just upgraded my phone to the S9+. This thing is schaweeeeet!

Gasp!!!!!! I wanna upgrade too, but it's so expensive T.T , i still have the S6. How's the battery life?

The charge nurse told me a joke yesterday...I laughed but secretly I didn't get the joke...one of my colleagues repeated the joke again...but I still didn't get it... but this morning I finally got the joke lols had to text her the following...

the joke was: How do you kill a killer clown? Ans: Go for the juggler!

Well, I got it on Saturday and after a full charge, it's been off the cord and is at 62%, so I'd say it's far better than any other smartphone I've owned, which would've been 20% by the next morning haha. I'd say it's worth the upgrade. I had a 7, so I could only upgrade after two years.

Once the lease was paid off, the upgrade was free.

Although the movie is quite different than the book, which I loved BTW, it's lots of fun.

That's what the movie is about. Pop culture nostalgia from the 1970's to the 2010's.

It's also about VR, which is an interest of mine. Parts of the book are too wrapped up in pop culture trivia for my tastes, but I think the movie does a pretty good job of representing what it might be like to live virtual lives as our avatars etc. I'm more into world building and Holodeck style environments than first-person shooters, but I got a real kick out of seeing this take on it.

Who ever secured the rights to all these pop culture characters and references deserves a raise.

I imagine the licensing alone took a large percentage of the film's budget. Some of the avatars and games mentioned in the book didn't make it to the big screen due to licensing issues.

Going to be requesting help from other developers today, to join our game's dev team. Progress has been moving along very slowly, and it's gotten to the point where we might not be able to continue with the project if we can't get any more assistance; the game is just too ambitious for such a small team, and it's been very stressful.

Prayers for God to bring other developers onto the team soon would be greatly appreciated.

Guys, please pray for Southernscotty: Oh God Help

I just saw this thread and I am so saddened and shocked by this tragic event. I lift up everybody in prayer.

I've been keeping up with the thread and I'd like to say that Southernscotty has received so much love and support from many around him, in real life and on CF. Everybody's been working hard to be there and help him heal, and it's so wonderful of them. Such kindness warms my heart.
