Jesus in heaven doesnt look like one of us?

Jesus is in heaven with his resurrected body. He looks like one of us (but glorified).

Remember that, before Jesus came down to Earth, he did not have a body, so the resurrected body is the only body that Jesus has.

Is that the Jesus that is described in Revelation?

Not even a spiritual body?

I think John, in the book of Revelation, was doing the best he could at describing the amazing, resurrected, glorified body of Jesus.

And parts of the description are symbolic, I think.

I do not believe that a literal sword comes out of Jesus' mouth (Revelation 1:16). The sword represents His words (Hebrews 4:12).

The Jesus in Revelation is the GLORIFIED Christ, with a *spiritual* body which is almost identical to normal human bodies, but is also immortal and glorious (radiating light). At the same time -- since He is God -- it is also different from the way the bodies of glorified saints will appear -- His eyes are as a flame of fire, His feet as though in a furnace, His voice like a roaring waterfall (many waters). A terrifying sight to behold! Though not terrifying to His saints.

13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

14 His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

15 And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters.

So spiritual bodies look like the ghosts/holograms in star wars?

I mean a spiritual body not a glorified body.

There is no such thing as a "spiritual body" in the sense of being non-physical. When the Bible uses those words, it refers to a glorified body.

So at the Resurrection we lose light and our glory?

The ancient of days is described as looking like an old man, in the book of daniel.

The Holy Spirit's form is a total mystery.

God the Son had no body before the Incarnation; God the Father and God the Holy Spirit have never had a body. God is Spirit (John 4:24).
