Damascus will be destroyed the same time Egypt is .And neither of the two will be with Gog.
No country on isaels borders today(Jodan,Syria,Egypt,Lebanon)Invade isael with Gog.
Lebanon,Syria,and Jordan dont exist when Gog invades Israel .Egypt will exist but it doesn't invade Israel and there is a biblical explanation why .

But none of is has anything to do with the biblical Gog who invades Israel 1000 years after damascus is destroyed.

Isaiah 17 reads like end times, Gog/Magog to me

I was watching the news this morning. Last night's airstrikes targeted some facilities in Damascus proper.We do not yet know what the response to these airstrikes may be. I believe that these airstrikes could be the beginning of the end for Damascus. I think too many of us are looking afar off, time wise, for the Gog/Magog conflict. I think it is closer than we think.

This is the war with Israel which includes Syria,Lebanon,Jordan,Egypt,Gaza,Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.
The reason they are not with Gog when he invades Israel is because these nations are destroyed and their land taken from them and given to Israel.
This is when damascus is given to Israel.When Gog invades Israel.Damascus will be within Israels borders .

PSALMS CHAPTER 83 KJV

All the land within theborders of te promised land from the euphrates river to the Nile will be given to Israel including damascus.

According to scripture,Why does Egypt not rise up against Israel when Gog does?
Why does Egypt not accompany its neihbors Ethiopia and Libya when they join with Gog to invade Israel?

Ezekiel 38:5 KJV: Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet:

And yes,this question has everything to do with Syria and its upcoming war agaist israel.If you dot understand why egypt isn't with Gog in scripture,you also will not understand why Syria isn't.
