What chronology are you using?
John 12:

1 Then Jesus six days before the passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead.

............

12 On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.

14 And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon; as it is written,

15 Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an ass's colt.
...........................

John 13:

1 Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world unto the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end.

2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him;

What do you use as the starting year of the 490 year period?

I don't see where it is relevant to Jesus riding into Jerusalem that passover week, hailed as the messiah, and cutoff 4 days later. We are not trying to prove that Jesus is the messiah in this forum.

There are issues when trying to relate a calendar year because there was some tampering done to the calendars covering that timeframe.

Whose Bible version are you reading from? My KJV does not show the word "ruler". It only shows "prince". And Messiah is the only prince in the chapter.
I think that was NIV , I have seen other version use it as well , but something that may help is , if you recall the usage of Capital letter when applied to God is Almighty God
small g is god being something other than God determined by the context it is used
Same applies with Prince and small p prince . in a few versions that use prince instead of ruler KJV does as well

25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary;

Eph 6:12King James Version (KJV)
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Eph 2:1-2King James Version (KJV)
2 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

We're attempting to establish the starting and ending dates of the 70 weeks.

Scriptural chronology places those at or close to BC 454 and AD 35-36 respectively.

The most recent dating of the crucifixion using historical earthquake records places it in AD 33, well into the 70th, i.e. final, week.

There are no inconsistencies.

In the NIV, "ruler" is used synonymously instead of "prince". It is used twice in the passage, is rendered in lower case in both instances, and is clarified as referring to the Anointed One, i.e. Christ the Messiah, in verse 25.

In the same way as there is no prince other than Messiah in the KJV, there is no ruler other than the Anointed One in the NIV.

There is no inconsistency in either version.

If you would put half of the attention you put toward proving something that you are failing at toward the prophetic scriptures that have come true since the 20th century you would find 30+ prophecies fulfilled within that time frame , but since you won't do that you won't see it

Here's what Christ said was fulfilled:

Luke 24
44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

All things.

Almost 2000 years ago.

And it took far less than half of my attention to show Christ proving it.

It is LITERALLY SHOCKING that you cannot get past yourself and examine prophecies that have happened in the last 150 years , now unless Jesus wrote something in the last 150 years then you have no idea of what you are doing

Notice that these translators put Prince in caps in verse 25. Notice that they also put Messiah in caps in that verse and also verse 26. The prince in verse 26 though, they didn't put that prince in caps. Wonder why? Likely because they didn't take this prince to be meaning the same prince in verse 25. Because if they took this prince to be meaning this same prince, obviously they would have put prince in caps in verse 26 too. Clearly these particular translators saw two princes in the text and not only one instead.

Bad... interpretation. Jesus was of course referring to those events of that time which were prophesied to occur then, i.e., like His death on the cross and resurrection, and then spreading The Gospel Salvation news. He did not mean absolutely ALL... prophecy about Him was then fulfilled.

And if you believe Jesus fulfilled ALL things at His 1st coming, then it means you do not believe in a 2nd coming, i.e., His return as written in His Word.

Is that true then, you don't believe in the physical bodily return of Jesus Christ back to this earth???

Gog will be motivated to attack the Christian peoples, gathered out of the nations, Ezekiel 38:8, living in peace and prosperity, without defenses, Ezekiel 38:10-13, for the reason of grabbing loot. But God inspires him, so as He can display His power. Ezekiel 38:33

I see this attack as happening before the leader of the One World Government comes to new Israel to make a 7 year peace treaty. It seems likely that this incredible victory over Gog from Magog, will be what makes the OWG leader agree to a treaty.

The G/M attack has nothing to do with Armageddon. Different people, different reason, later time.

Do you see it maybe this way G/M attacks Israel GOD intervenes destroys GM then Israel builds new temple they already have the implements utensils and new Sanhedrin just waiting the G/M
Is mostly Russia as Chief and other Muslim country’s God destroys the army Israel
Builds New Temple thinking GOD is with them on this Muslims are terrified at this so no stopping Israel
They sermonialy cleanse the Temple here comes the Antichrist with signs and power given by Satan they Israel Accepts him as their Messiah he is revealed to the world Dan 9:26.27 and Matt 24 :15 the abomination of desolation,Desolator Standing in the Holy Place the Holy of Holy Matt 24:15 on till
Matt 24:21 I keep up with Israel and support her they really want this Temple but who no’s time will tell
It’s looking better with If Trump calls Jerusalem the Capital although any mature Christian no’s that
It is

Revelation 1:5
And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

From the YLT (Young's Literal Translation):

Daniel 9
25 And thou dost know, and dost consider wisely, from the going forth of the word to restore and to build Jerusalem till Messiah the Leader [is] seven weeks, and sixty and two weeks: the broad place hath been built again, and the rampart, even in the distress of the times.
26 And after the sixty and two weeks, cut off is Messiah, and the city and the holy place are not his, the Leader who hath come doth destroy the people; and its end [is] with a flood, and till the end [is] war, determined [are] desolations.

What about this translation then?

26And after the threescore and two weeks shall an anointed one be cut off, and be no more; and the people of a prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; but his end shall be with a flood; and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27And he shall make a firm covenant with many for one week; and for half of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the offering to cease; and upon the wing of detestable things shall be that which causeth appalment; and that until the extermination wholly determined be poured out upon that which causeth appalment.’
Daniel 9 JPS Tanakh 1917

This translation obviously sees 2 princes in the text. That is proven by this part----but his end shall be with a flood----which can only be referring to a prince that shall come---which certainly can't be meaning Christ, since no one would conclude Christ's end shall come with a flood.

As a matter of fact, there seems to be several translations at the following link who obviously see two princes in the text.
Daniel 9:26 After the sixty-two 'sevens,' the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing. The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed.
