You mean because a river runs between them? I grew up in Detroit. How is Windsor's income, culture and education different? As for size, when you share TV and radio stations, and much of the same workforce, size becomes a moot point.
Do the comparisons yourself and you'll see. I've given the catagories, you fill in the numbers. Windsor is not unlike many small "lily-white suburbs" that don't share the problems of their large urban neighbors. And, you can't hide the demographics as is done in a large urban center with it's contiguous suburbs.
Do you think everyone listens to or watches the same programs?
