When it comes to a lot of things concerning the gay and trans issue in secular situations, I do think there should be pragmatic solutions instead of doing this outright bans.

I'm not worried because fear mongering Christian tactics like that don't work on me anymore. I think any Christian who tries to preach at me about my judgment or my salvation should learn to be more concerned with their own life and stop being so intrusive in other people's lives and personal issues. A good hobby might just do the trick and distract them long enough where they would learn to stop being overbearing and stop intruding into someone else's personal life, uninvited and unwelcome.

I think some people how like Jonah when it comes to distribution. They don't want to guide people through mercy, but harsh judgment. The right way to set people on the path is to give them another chance like God always does through truth and love. The judgment comes if they decide if they will or will not follow God. If God is merciful towards you, then you should towards other people.

INcluding children 6 to 8 years old in some countries in the last 75 years, and of course before then.

I've asked you on this thread before, and didn't get an answer. Idiotic? How so? For medical, psychological and social reasons, it's just plain common sense. The only reason it even became an issue was because the previous administration chose to subordinate common sense to political dogma.

The thing is his boorish nature effects what he does as a leader. If you hold Bill Clinton to being immoral, then do the same for Trump. You shouldn't ignore his personal failings, just because he panders to us.

While Obama did have his dogmatic moments, I don't think the response to this policy is to reinstate the ban.

Many, many times, the faithful were killed,
when a whole city was wiped out to kill the wicked (presummably),
although NOT by YHWH, but by men - YHWH permitted it.
