Not really for those with understanding.I believe the temple will come down and be placed as in Revelation. I am unsure how the sacrifice and offerings will resume it says so in Eziekiel but is unclear in other prophecy. I believe the people of God will be keeping Sukkot as in Zachariah 14 and the ones outside the gate will be in danger. Tzizi yes thats a good idea, God wanted us to rember His commandments. Holy Spirit and the Sabbath that is a discussion between us and God, my spirit grieves for it, yours does not, I can not answer that question but I would be very interested in knowing the reason mine does and yours does not. I guess it's the million dollar question on this forum.
The better idea would be to read what buggy posted without changing what he said.Change the comma - delete it.
"What Christians don't follow the law or Jesus?" becomes easy to answer - Jesus Himself says:
Luke 6:46 "Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say?
biblehub.com/luke/6-46.htm - Cached - Similar
"Why do you keep calling me 'Lord, Lord,' but don't do what I tell you? NET Bible ... "And why do you all call me 'Master, Master' and yet not do what I tell you?Luke 6:47 - Luke 6:45 - Luke 6:46 KJV
This is no explanation. It does however largely ignore verse 32.It's kinda like groundhogs day around here.
31 “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah31 “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— 32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. 33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”
We told you. You even posted it.Bob S, Bugkiller and Listed,
I feel like I have replied to your questions and I was hoping one of you could reply to the question I asked of you.
Where was it prophecied in the Tenakh (OT) that the Messiah was going to do away with God's law?

This isn't the covenant given to Israel.Very good point!
Answer: nowhere
New Covenant "I will WRITE My Law on their heart and mind" is not "I will DELETE My Law".
Right verse 32- no it's not like the Covenant He made, instead of the Law being written on stone, it (the law, the whole law not parts of the law) are written on flesh. That is the difference in the covenant. This is no explanation. It does however largely ignore verse 32.

The verses is about contents, not place written.Right verse 32- no it's not like the Covenant He made, instead of the Law being written on stone, it (the law, the whole law not parts of the law) are written on flesh. That is the difference in the covenant.
So he did. That means nothing. You do the same and ignore it.Not in real life. In real life he quoted vs 32 in the very post you respond to.. And we all know it.
Exteamly obviousVery true. The Covenant has the same LAW of God - as known to Jeremiah - but under the NEW Covenant it is written on the heart and mind.
Which means it is "STILL wrong to take God's name in vain" EVEN under the New Covenant.
As we all know... and indeed very obvious.
It looks like you are only looking at the one verse, verse 32and taking it completely out of context. He said it is different because He takes His Law and places it on our minds and hearts. Y'all do this with fullfilled in Matthew 5 you stop at fullfill and fill in the blanks with some bizarre doctrine that is not even within the context of the passage. Why do you do this? The context explains what the meaning of the passage. The verses is about contents, not place written.
This isn't the covenant given to Israel.
I'm sorry, I must have missed it , please please post the verse again.
What does Jesus take possession of? Answer - His commandments. Are these commandments the law given to Israel? No, because Jesus obeyed those commandments as claimed with the same combined statement in the next chapter. Jesus didn't take possession of those commandments.
You don't understand the word fulfill and ignore what Jesus said in Luke 24:44 and many other verses showing a change of the law.
So where in any of the prophets did God reveal to them that the 10 commandments were temporary or that he was going to abolish all of his commands in the future???
