Please tell how this could apply to Abraham.

Easy --- read Genesis. That is where you find the story of Abraham.

And this --

Gen 26
4 I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and will give your descendants all these lands; and by your descendants all the nations of the earth shall be blessed; 5 because Abraham obeyed Me and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes and My laws.”

Not written anyway. God spoke to Abraham directly, and Abraham obeyed everything God said to do, even when it meant killing his own son. Those were commandments to Abraham.

And now God has made a New Covenant with us, with commandments. And they are 1 John 3:23. He even made it possible to keep these through the infilling of the Holy Spirit for us to walk in love.

Do you mean for us to understand Abraham kept the law given to Israel at Horeb?

Deuteronomy

5 And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them.

2 The Lord our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.

3 The Lord made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.

The way I see it, is you want us to disbelieve this passage.
