What do you find attractive?

There are some of you that have been married a very long time, then there's some that have not, whether you are married or single I am asking both sexes this question. I mainly want to know from the men but I am welcome to all advice and/or knowledge. We all find different things about the other gender very attractive and for me personally, I find confidence attractive. I believe as Christians we are all seeking to have a Godly home and relationship with our partners or at least that is my goal in my marriage.

What do you find most attractive and/or appealing about your mate? What has kept you faithful to them only? What are the things they do or say that lift you up and cause you to want to always be with them? Maybe it's an emotional thing, maybe it's a physical thing, spiritual things or little things they do that keep you intrigued and wanting more from them. What has kept your spark alive, what has kept you faithful and loving them, what have they done for you/to you that causes your heart to skip a beat?

Is it the little things? How they carry themselves? They way they walk and talk? Their Godly attitude? The silly things they do throughout the day? The passion they put forth in your intimate life together? How have you kept and how have they kept the sparks flying and the love alive?

I find down to earth people attractive. Those who have a view that humanity at a basic level should all be treated the same, regardless of wealth, good looks, ect. and treat all people good.

The primary thing that has kept me married to my wife are my wedding vows.

Kindness, compassionate heart, thoughtfulness, gentleness of spirit, honesty, love of God, love of people.

These are the things that attracted me to my significant other.

Intelligence and a feisty character that tends to righteous indignation. These are however sometimes also the root of our disagreements, but most worthwhile things can both hurt and heal.
It is difficult to say though. There are many factors at play, some conscious some unconscious. It probably all feeds into the feeling of Love, for better or worse.

My wife was (is) physically attractive to me when I met her, but what stood out was that she stood out. And by that I mean her faith was lived more than talked, and she simply had a purity to her that I not only lacked, I had not met another who was like her in that regard. She had been raised in the faith and it was real to her, I was an agnostic until I met her.
