What's the average weight for a man? Not like it's a one way street. Only thing I can say is I do think biologically men tend to have a little easier time managing weight, at least when it comes to fat.

Theres no doubt that women pack on pounds easier than men. The average weight for men is 195

Generally yes. I mean if you are 6'3 or taller its fine but most aren't.

Yeah but you also have to factor in muscle mass. (which weights more than fat pound for pound..)

In my experience the "fat" men have a beer gut and the fat women are fat all over.

Well yeah the way men and women are made its to be expected for men to weigh more than women. The issues comes when the women somehow ends up weighing more than her man.

From reading the BMI chart, I seriously think it's messed up for men.

My ideal weight is like 150, yet I look too skinny there. I actually like my weight now (low 160s).

I'm in the overweight category, but don't look it at all. 170 is when it starts to falter, so I stay away from that zone. Lol.

And of course men weight more than women, it's just how you carry it.

Yeah, yet I still look thin. When I hit 170 I started having some fat in the belly region. So I did the responsible thing and lost that weight.. Wasn't that hard.

Also keep in mind that I was trying to gain weight at that point.

Yet for the average woman to be 5 foot 4, and 166 pounds, that isn't a pretty sight. You can't compare it with men who tend to have naturally more muscle mass.

I don't think I've posted any full body pics anyways. I was only that weight for a little while anyways, due to miscalculating what it took to bulk up.

I'm much taller than MehGuy, that's true. My boyfriend, is shorter than I, but he being a man with a proper profession, good education, very likable personality, many friends, etc. he has far more confidence in himself, so this, it's not a problem.

But he is a pretty man though.
