Isn't the testimony of men evidence enough that what GOD did then by pouring out HIS SPIRIT upon men, HE continues to do today so that in every generation and at all times there will always be witnesses testifying to THE TRUTH of THE GOSPEL?

People are horrifically unreliable witnesses, and I can claim as many witnesses to an event as I want to after all real potential witnesses are dead. Would you believe a claim like this:

I once flew by flapping my arms really really fast. There were 500 people that saw it, but sadly they have all died since then. They all wrote testimonials as to what they witnessed, see? Do I have video, no, and I can't seem to get it to work again, but I assure you, it happened.

Do you think its men who preach the GOSPEL who are deceived?

Sure, why not? They are just as human as we are, and who hasn't been convinced of a lie before?

Sure, why not? They are just as human as we are, and who hasn't been convinced of a lie before?

Nobody is stopping you from testing out for yourself the validity of the testimonies to see if the witnesses are lying

-_- Yeah, I'll just call up Jesus and ask him to walk on water for me, how do you expect me to respond to this? I can't even check if the witnesses EXISTED, let alone repeat the events. Ever notice how if witnesses die, their testimony is often discarded?

-_- I pray on a weekly basis and have a bible on standby whenever I am on this site, what makes you think that I have never read the bible? I have been a seeker for nearly 9 years, and you think I wouldn't have read the text? Just because I didn't end up believing it as a result doesn't mean that I haven't read the bible. The majority of atheists that used to be religious were Christian, and while that is not the case for me personally, it is insulting to assume that just because I'm an atheist, I couldn't have possibly read the bible, or that I don't pray.

That is, that all men for whom HE came into the world, will find that they have their beginning and end in HIM

But to say on a distanced forum that you are loving your neighbor, id like to know how spiritually this is done long distance?

Does altering, softening, withholding, or tweaking, or changing THE TRUTH equate to loving your neighbor as your own soul?

Is it good for the souls of men for those who know THE TRUTH, out of a fleshly felt love, to change the WORD so as not to offend men?
