I once had a vision of Jesus the Christ. And in the vision he had glossy black short hair, looked like a God sitting in a throne chair with massive lightning striking against him, he was Caucasian and had this grin on his face as the massive lightning struck against his body. Like he was a God and even the massive lightning was nothing to him. He was sitting in the middle of the universe there in space. It was an awesome sight really. Only thing is he had these glossy black alien-like eyes, almost like awesome sun glasses, so I accepted it as a symbolism of him.

That child looks pretty Indian to me.
Peoples have regional and sub-racial groupings due to migration patterns.
For example, through South-East Asia Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, etc.
there is the blending of Indian and Chinese peoples giving to various degrees of ethnicity derived
from the two original races.
People emigrated from India westwards as well, and brought their racial features into other peoples
in Arabia and into North Africa. The Gypsies or Romani of Europe are of Indian descent.

Getting back to the OP about do all humans come out of Africa? The answer is no.
God created different races pretty much for each continental region.
Over the millennia humans migrate and trade and settle and inter-marry.
Evolution is atheistic non-sense. God created human beings. We are sacred and have souls.

Iranians, or Persians, are the original indigenous peoples of the nation at the centre of the World.
They are not black. They are not Indian. They are not Chinese, nor Red Indian of the Americas.
In Roman Empire times and later they were referred to by the West are Parthians.
Like all major national groups there is variations to individual features.
Some are darker. Some much fairer. There are differences in hair colour.
Some look very Caucasian, some have Indian derived features.
But none of them came out of Africa!

I always knew that Jesus was a blue-eyed, white blonde. And since he's God's exact likeness, Then God is too.

If Jesus had been a blonde or an albino, it would have been remarkable.
It would have been remarked upon.

And artists create their works according to their own perspective and the perspective of their patrons.
The art we usually view is by white artists for white patrons.
It stands to reason that they would portray Jesus as white.
