So you are equating a woman going topless with a bank robber? Several problems with this claim. First, it was once illegal for men to go topless in public in many places in America. The laws were changed because men simply stopped following them. Second, I know of no place where it is legal to rob a bank whereas women can legally breastfeed in public in 49 states and can go topless even if they are not breastfeeding in several states (New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Oregon, and Hawaii) and some cities (including Austin, TX, Boulder, CO, Columbus, OH, Eugene, OR, Portland, OR, Washington, DC). Third, as opposed to a bank robbery, who is harmed when a woman goes topless? If people were being harmed why is it legal in some places?
