First tell me the exact nature of his mature creation. What was his apparent age, did he or did he not have a navel, what was the nature of his DNA, what was the color of his skin, and what callouses was he created with? How long were his fingernails, and if they were short, what marks were there reflecting how they were shortened? Did the fingernails have ridges? How long was his hair? Was his beard long or shaved? His hair . . was it indefinately long, or reasonable short, and if reasonably short, what were the ends like as to how they were shortened?

Let me know all these thing so I can begin a reasonable reconstruction of the implied past history.

Yep. That's pretty much what it is.

That's what I'm getting at with the tractor analogy. It looks old but God created it yesterday.

In fact, now that I think about, I think the first time I ever heard the tractor analogy was from AV1611VET years ago on either CARM or beliefnet.com.

Well, that's kind of to be expected when you try to have a conversation with AV1611VET. That's why I have him on ignore.

If you really want to see some tap dancing away from giving you an answer, ask him to explain why an object such as the earth not only has an appearance of age (looks millions of years old but was created 6,000 years ago) also has an appearance of history (craters created by the impacts of asteroids that would have left the earth a molten pit if they had occurred less than 6,000 years ago).

Another way to look at appearance of age versus appearance of history is to imagine God creating Adam fully grown as described in Genesis but also giving Adam a scar on his knee from a childhood fall.

Well that kind of makes logical sense, but its very hard to think of ways that laws/forces might change to give us the world we see today. Thats very much like YEC with speed of light etc.
