That is all so absurd as you have been shown over and over---0the commandments are the commandments--period. and there are 10 of them, not 9, take His name in vain and you will oay the price if you do not repent. Being a repentant sinner is far from being an unrepentant one. We keep His commandments because we saved, not in order to be saved,, my condolences for your inability to grasp the concept, but if you pray about it you will be given the light if you ask honestly. The saved are not saved by their works, but the lost are judged by theirs. It's not rocket science.

I am so very sorry that you can not understand the clearly written word of God, There is no other way to state it but that we are not saved by our works but by grace, but if you do sin (and sin is the transgression of the law) you have an advocate with Jesus and if you repent, you will be forgiven, It is so clear. we do not sin (transgress the law of God) because we are saved, not in order to be save. There is no clearer way to state it. What oart6 of saved by grace is it you do not understand? What part of an unrepentant sinner is lost do you not understand? Do you understand how people are lost? Do you understand how God can say this to a believer?

Lets assume you were raised by loving parents. When you broke their rules as a child, between the time you did so and you said sorry to them for transgressing their rules were you in danger of them throwing you out of the family home?

That's because they observed the letter of the law while their hearts were far from God. When Jesus explained the true meaning of the law he revealed how deep it goes. For instance, thou shalt not commit adultery When Jesus explained the spirit of the law he showed how much the pharisees were missing the mark. So its not about how well you keep the law according to the letter, its about how you live up to the principles of the law. As Paul said, love is the fulfilling of the law. Once you have the love of Jesus you will keep his law the way God intended it to be kept and it wont just be empty actions.
