Therefor while it is possible to be save through faith in Christ there are other ways
I belive all men can be saved. Even those wo never heard of Christ. Therefor while it is possible to be save through faith in Christ there are other ways, Those who perform miracles and live a good life can be saved through the power of Christ even if they having hear of him.
The same way Enoch, Able and Noah were saved. Why should we assume that that door is now closed? What are some of the other ways you can be saved?
I see many teen accept Christ as a teen and when they enter the real world at 18, they either dont believe or live like a heathen or even worse than them.
So can one who accepts Christ as a teen, but then never lives a Christ like life, or even denies Christ because they were challenged by a atheist is college be considered someone going to Heaven.
Some will say they were never saved to begin with, but according to OSAS, once you accept Christ, you are set, but the bible blatantly says, those who live a lifestyle of Sexual immorality, Drunkeness, Idolatry, etc WILL NOT get into heaven.
SO all these teens nationwide that accept Christ at a young age and stray away, if they die before they repent, are they still good because of OSAS even though Jesus said otherwise?

I agree with this scripture. However, it leaves me with this nagging question as to what becomes of an individual who through no fault of their own, never given the opportunity to know Jesus? Like the isolated tribes in the Amazon? Do they go to hell simply because they were genuinely ignorant about Jesus through no fault of their own? There is only one way anyone can be saved today and that is through Christ.
Ac 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Again I say that I do agree with the scripture. But how do we answer these questions?
The only issue I see from this point of view is how it will affect missionary work. Should we share the gospel and risk someone rejecting it?I seriously doubt it, because its those who reject Christ that have to face judgement, so if they have never heard of Christ, how can they be accountable for rejecting something they have never heard of.

Good point...kinda hard for someone to just accept some strangers out of no where telling them abotu someone they must accept or they go to hell. The only issue I see from this point of view is how it will affect missionary work. Should we share the gospel and risk someone rejecting it?

Good point. I just figured that it is better to share the gospel as Jesus commanded us through the great commission and get all the answers from Him when we are in heaven. If really can hide the Gospel from them -- then their blood - on your head according to scripture.
Would you rather "HAVE the MAP" for getting out of the woods - or with no map at all "guess your way out"??
Satan works pretty hard to keep the Gospel away from people - according to some - that means all those people go straight to heaven. I don't think so.
Everyone is still accountable for the fact that the "Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin and righteousness and judgment" John 16.
In 2Thess 2- God says at the end of time many people perish in ignorance because they did not "receive a love of the truth".
in the cross Jesus prayed "Father forgive them for they know not what they do" -- did that mean that all Jews that rejected Christ from then on would be bound for heaven?? no. See Romans 11.

Jesus went to the underworld preached to the cYeshauaslavejeff. This is not my belief I believed all people can be saved. My Catholic Bible says in its notes that we should distinguish between justification and salvation. We cannot be saved without good works and accordingly St Paul repeatedly insists on the necessary of avoiding sin and doing good. But justification cannot be merited by us; it is a entirely gratuitous gift of of God.

Would you mind referring me back to a previous post if i missed something relevant. I am just not understanding your the point you are convaying. Thanks, sorry for the inconvenience.
