CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It takes more than love to make a marriage.
For me it goes something like this, not exactly like this but in general its like this........
First he must be a strong Christian man who will lead you in prayer ever day and make sure you get to Church on time every service.
Then you must see if God has made him ready by giving him a great job to where he can support both of you and future children plus a little for savings. Actually a career not just a job.
Then you have to see if he has old bills laying around as it is not for you to inherent his old debt if something happens.
Then make sure he can afford a house for you guys to build your life in.
It more than feelings, its lots of things.
Then it takes lots of work staying together.

Everyone, if I may interrupt, I would like to inform you that I intend to be apart from the singles community for a while. I ... need to deal with something that was at first only mildly troubling throughout my time here but has now come against me in force a few days ago and I would like to try the possible solution of just being away from the origin of that trouble for a time. Perhaps if I am not here to be reminded for just a while, then it will go away. I am not sure, but I have to do something short of leaving you all entirely, which of course I have no desire to do as you have all treated me very well here.
So, for at least one month if not the rest of the year, I will be absent of all activity here except for the Bible reading thread I began and intend to follow through faithfully to the end.
Just so you all are well assured, I promise you that my desire to be scarce for a bit isn't because of one of you here bullying me or anything like that. I have no resentment against anyone personally. Just some things a resolute knight must find a way to deal with honorably. ^-^

I am trying to figure out what colors I want to paint my motorcycle this year.
I have it apart to paint and to go thru the mechanicals but I am not for sure what to paint it. Should I start a what color to paint it thread?
My thoughts as of now are.....(sheet metal means gas tank and fenders and oil tank).
Black frame and black sheet metal.
Black frame white sheet metal.
Black frame and yellow sheet metal.
Black frame and a dark green sheet metal.
I may do something like this.......
or I may buy an aftermarket hard tail frame and make a shovelhead chopper kind of like this.......
What is your vote? Any suggestions?
