If you'd said they were moaning about not being able to maximize profits by, y'know, actually having to cover sick people, you'd be right. There's an overly wordy section that, while repeatedly acknowledging the need to care for the sick, they're displeased with the drag on their profits this creates.
But what of the original claim they are withdrawing plans?
So, they haven't made that decision. Interesting to note they are expecting to be bought out this year, so short term profit boosting may be the order of the day.
