I already believe that God did it. But you keep telling me how God did it, and what you tell me doesn't match up with what I see from what God actually did. This is kind of important for me, since studying genetics (including evolution) is what I do for a living.

Mind you, I agree -- there's no real need for most Christians (or anybody else) to care how it happened. But if you're posting on a science discussion forum about evolution, I kind of assume you're interested in discussing the how. If not, what's the point in being here?
