If a German Christian is not using a modern translation, my guess would be that he is using Luther's translation. So I suppose that, in the eyes of a KJV Only-ist, that means he is on the way to hell.

Many so-called believers who choose not to believe in the Bible as it is written, along with bitter Atheists who have the need to make God disappear so they don't have the thought of Hell looming, all have a great tendency to try to explain God out of the picture. These people will work hard at disproving the God of the Bible, and others will work hard at deluding themselves into believing what they are told because in the end that's what they want over God. As to all the world believing the nonsense, so what? The Bible itself, the very thing people are trying to disprove tells us, there will be a failing away from God/Gods truth towards the end, and I'm at least proud to be from a country who has held on to the truth longer than any other.

Don't you see what's happening here right under your nose? First Gods word comes into question, and even our believers fall away or try to be "partial believers", then they, their sons and daughters fall away a bit further as has already happened over the years to whatever degree, until eventually God falls completely out of the picture, and Satan gets exactly what he wanted from some of us.

God is watching every last one of you to see what you are really made of in this time before the end, who are you going to believe, him or man?

Theistic scientists are not motivated by any need to "explain God out of the picture". They are motivated by the evidence for evolution, and they explicitly reject an atheistic interpretation of Darwin's theory.

We no more need to explain away God to escape Hell than you need to explain away Santa Claus to prevent coal from appearing in your Christmas stocking.

If you want to pit the Bible against the facts, then the more power to you. Most atheists realize that God and evolution are not mutually exclusive, so you are barking up the wrong tree on that one.

These people will work hard at disproving the God of the Bible, and others will work hard at deluding themselves into believing what they are told because in the end that's what they want over God.

We don't have to disprove that which is without evidence. It is your inability to produce a shred of evidence to support your claims that justifies our skepticism.
