But lets go a step further, where does it say it was designed? Whats the parts origin say? If it says assembled in Japan of ex nihilo parts, fine. Thats something we can point to in order to convince people

Isn't it interesting that people who have their heads stuck to clipboards think we should jettison our faith in favor of an evidence-based style of hermeneutics; when they don't even have the decency to admit there are some things God did that didn't generate evidence?

Not at all, but God being a liar is inconsistant with being God. It creates an internal paradox with your challenge akin to "God makes an apple, but God says he didn't make an apple, and is being truthful about not making an apple because, you know, God and all" such paradoxes cannot be true or false as they are not internally consistant.

If I found myself holding an iPad with the memory of some guy magicking it into existence, I would presume hallucination. Without other evidence there's no good reason for me to believe it to be a miracle, much less to convince anyone else.
