  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

There never were only two people in at any time during man's time on Earth.
I never said that. The problem is you have no idea what I am talking about do you? Bryan Sykes wrote a book: "The seven daughters of eve" One of those seven daughters is the Eve we read about in our Bible. Jasmine or Haplogroup J (mtDNA) that just happened to live 6,000 years ago in the Middle East.

Now don't give me any absurd nonsense about my lack of scientific evidence to verify what I am saying. This is the Haplogroup that is associated with the spread of farming and herding. Clearly this is the Haplogroup we are talking about in the Bible.

"mtDNA Haplogroup J: Around 45,000 years before present, a mutation took place in the DNA of a woman who lived in the Near East or the Caucasus. Further mutations took place in the J line which can be identified as J1a1 (27,000 yrs ago), J2a (19,000 yrs ago), J2b2 (16,000 years ago), J2b3 (5,800 yrs ago), etc. Haplogroup J (along with ‘T’) is associated with the spread of farming and herding in Europe during the Neolithic Era (8,000-10,000 yrs ago)."

This really did make me laugh out loud!
Why? Breasted coined that phrase and he wrote the first book I read about Ancient History. This is what they call Ancient Mesopotamia in the Tigris Euphrates river valley.

There is ample scientific evidence that Noah and Adam existed also. Science tells us that there is always a first. We know that there was a first man that plowed the land. The Bible tells us his name is Adam. The only difference is that Science can not tell you the name of the person that first plowed the land. They only know that this happened 6,000 years ago in the Futile Crescent in the Tigris Euphrates River Valley. The Bible is the one that gives this man a name.
Show us some hard scientific evidence that Noah existed. You have not shown a bit of scientific evidence yet.

You shoot yourself in the foot when you do not accept the literal interpretation of the Bible. Because then you will not properly know now to apply the teaching to your life today in this day and age. Do a google search and do a study on HOW to interpret the Bible. If you do not know HOW to interpret the Bible don't fool yourself into thinking you know what the Bible says. The story of Noah is designed for Children and for Adults. I can assure you that the people we read about in the Bible are real historical people. Oh sure they take the status of a Legend but that does not make them any less real. Daniel Boone had the status of a Legend but that does not make him any less real as a person. Just because people are Folk Heros does not make them any less real as people.
Yu shoot yourself in the foot when you accept Scripture as inerrant.

Nothing could be further from the truth. I constantly provide evidence. You just ignore any evidence that does not support what you have already decided you want to believe. You are not willing to go where the evidence takes you and that makes you an enemy of science. It is very sad, but like a duck we just let the water run off our back and keep going.

Matt10:14
"if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words,
shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town."

I have two years of credits as at the State College and Two years at the Bible college. What I say is NOT nonsense. What is nonsense is grown adults that can not demonstrate that they know enough Bible to test out and qualify for the third grade.
I don't care what you r education was. You have yet to provide one shred of solid scientific evidence for anything you say. Also, I seem to recall earlier that you said you accept or reject evolution, based on the dialogue you are in. So, are you really being serious here or no?

You need to learn the difference between ego and superego. I assume that I am "chosen" because I am still alive. Otherwise there is really no reason for me to be here because where we are going is a lot better then where we are at. So I am here to help you, I am not here for me or for my sake. As I use to say I want to take as many people with me to heaven as I can. Because God is not wanting any to perish in their sin but for all to come to a saving knowledge of the truth.

The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 2Pet3:9
You are using Freudian terms. Are you at all aware what Freud meant by them? I don't think so. I would encourage you to read Freud on the Ego, the superego, and the id.

Is this supposed to be evidence for what's written in the bible? LOL. How did the "spread of farming and herding" predate Adam and Eve, the first humans according to the bible, by 2000 to 4000 years?

I'd love to see your scientific evidence that Noah existed. I don't expect you to present it though,I predict a lot of unrelated word salad.

Never make such obvious and bad assumptions that someone does not know how you abuse science to support your claims.

I am sorry, but this does not support your myths in any way at all. You are simply trying to force science and the Bible together.

Creationism has all the same evidence that Evolution Science has. We do appreciate the work that Evolutionists put into gathering and collecting that evidence for Creationists.

Ecc2:26 For to a person who is good in His sight He has given wisdom and knowledge and joy, while to the sinner He has given the task of gathering and collecting so that he may give to one who is good in God's sight. This too is vanity and striving after wind.

No, it doesn't. Once more you are only showing that you do not understand the concept of scientific evidence. I have never seen any scientific evidence for creationism and that is the fault of creatonists.

And quotes from a book that is largely mythical do not help your case one iota.

Then you are not reading the posts that I am writing to you sense I have given you lots of scientific evidence. It looks like I should just put you on ignore sense your not reading my posts to you anyways.
