We do not know potential. We only see the fact.
Animals failed the potential of being very smart for at least 1 billion years, if that potential ever exist.

Me being smarter than a cat has nothing to do with the evolution of intelligence, or more specifically, whether or not a deity is required for human intelligence to exist. It wouldn't matter if all other life forms on this planet besides us were as smart as a jellyfish. And you have failed to show how the gradient between animal and human intelligence would make a difference.

Except your supposed argument doesn't make any sense, because his smart we are compared to other creatures has no bearing on how plausible it is that our intelligence developed through naturalistic causes. At least bring in the bible quote that mentions humans are the smartest animal on earth, because then I could at least understand the way you came to the conclusion. I can't even grasp your thought process here, it's too illogical.

I don't know about trait. But I can see the difference in intelligence. The evolution of intelligence is not likely to be true.

They're taught they are double-wise (Homo sapiens sapiens).

Use cat, or dog is just an example. A better one is the monkey which is taken as our common ancestor. We are super smarter than that creature. This shows the evolution of intelligence is absolutely wrong.
