I am sure God does not think the impossible, that we exist before we are made.

"Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee..." can only mean God knew there was going to be a Jeremiah, knew of his characteristics, that there would be a great prophet, even before there was anything of him. (Except in the mind of God - God is omniscient, and this is an example of that - that God can know what will happen in the future well before it happens.)

God's knowledge does not mean some sort of pre-existence, except like I already said "in the mind of God."
That does not mean a car crosses a road before it crosses a road (or every Christmas comes every day!) and it certainly does not mean there is a human being even before there is anything in a womb. (Let alone during gestation.)

Society lets the rapist live and condemns the innocent unborn baby to death. Is not this equivalent to punishing a child for the sin of the father?

Society does no such thing, individual people make individual decisions. Society does not force people to have abortions. We don't live in China where they do, do that.

What do you consider to be the punishment? Not living in this world, suffering pain during an abortion, both, or something else?

Come on now....do we really need to go back to the Hebrew lexicon or can you admit that "knew" means before? Why would you put limits on God knowing all? He is, was and will be....It seems as though you are trying to put him in a box and limit what he knows and when he knows it.

There are no indicators in God's Holy word that says life begins at the moment of conception.

The Bible does not condemn genocide, polygamy, or slavery. Does this mean that I can marry several women, can get a few slaves, and start killing people?

Others disagree on the relative severity of these actions. The cool thing is they're not forcing their views on you by demanding you have an abortion. Perhaps you could be so kind and return the favor so that they can make their own choices in this matter.

Rape harms the victim, but it does not take the life of the victim. When threatened with a gun or knife, most women will choose being the victim of rape instead of loosing their life.

I conclude that abortion is more harmful than rape. How come society punishes rape but does not punish the more harmful crime of killing?

A question: if we make abortion illegal who gets punished for the abortion? The doctor who performed it? The pregnant woman who procured it? Both?

Both: The doctor for murdering an innocent human being, and the woman for being accessory to murder.
