their beliefs. They do not have facts. They have theories.

That is not something an honest person would write. The ratios of isotopes in rocks are facts. The directly measured decay rate of those isotopes is a fact. The consilience of different isotope systems is a fact. They all support a very ancient Earth.

We could use the wax at the base to make a pretty decent reconstruction. We could analyze how the wax spread around the base to try to reconstruct the pattern, although this may not be entirely possible. Not entirely sure what this has to do with radiometric dating, though.

No, I would point out why scientists typically don't measure lava flows, and how inaccurate dating reports from them aren't just known, but expected.

It would be so much easier if all Christians would learn that the bible uses many different literary genres. Genesis 1-3 is a creation MYTH. All ancient cultures have a creation myth, a way for ancient peoples to understand their origins. Genesis 1-3 happens to be the creation myth devised by a nomadic group of hunter-gatherers explaining how they got to where they are and why they developed a monotheistic faith. IF it were true, we would be able to locate the garden of Eden because the flaming cheribum would still be guarding it.
