Challenge: Explain the fossil record without evolution

Depends on the bacteria. Most of the old bones they find are from people that were killed at a young age. Often from a spear or arrow head. Young people do not have a lot of bacteria and the bones tend not deteriorate. Often they are doing a routine investigation of a murder only to find out the person was killed man thousands of years ago. This is also true of some of the Monks that purify their body of bacteria. When they die they tend not to deteriorate.

Don't you understand that deposition rates are variable and that sediments can be deposited fairly rapidly by short-lived local disasters such as storms and floods? This does not mean that all sedimentary rocks were deposited rapidly.

There are plenty of sedimentary successions that do not contain fossils, or whose fossils occur only in thin beds covering small areas. Perhaps these rocks were deposited so slowly that their dead organisms were destroyed before they could be fossilised. If you argue that the presence of fossils in a rock requires rapid deposition, I can argue that the absence of fossils requires slow deposition.

Sure, if by "the evos ran" you mean that you failed to explain why shark teeth don't appear in the earliest strata along with other early life. Present links to real evidence in peer reviewed journals or you have nothing to say.

This stronly suggest rapid burial under muddy layers of now-hardened sediment which thwarted bacterial decay and predators. But then again you evos already knew that.

Floods happen all the time, and they drown large numbers of people and animals. Any book about natural disasters will tell you that.
