I love it, and "horror" is not my thing at all, so that should tell you something about how good it is.I've never actually seen Supernatural, sadly. I just notice they have epic gifs. Lol. It looks like a really good show though, it makes me want to watch it.

Good night all.Oh really! That's basically why I never got into it, because I'm not into horror either. It must be done pretty well then.Does it get gory or anything?

Its not..... G rated, but its not THAT bad either. A little blood splatter on a car window for example if the person is "torn apart" inside a car.
Or a head falling if it is say. a vampire and they are killing it.
There are a couple moments where it may make someone turn their head but all and all..... pretty tame.
I think the only episode I REALLY didn't like was a musical episode.![]()
I liked the music, and the car. But, when they brought in the Colt revolver that could kill demons, that was a bit much. lol
Some of the things in the show are a stretch even to suspended belief, but given how long the show has been on the air, its surprisingly strong storywise. Yes, there are obvious "draw it out" moments, but If seen shows that have been on half the time with twice as many "draw it out" moments.
Well it sounds like it's not too intense then. I should watch it sometime.
I'm off to bed. Good night all![]()

Nah, like I said its got a few moments in it Im sure make some people turn their head.... but... in general its not bad.... the stuff that might make someone turn away is story dependent and I can't really remember a moment that I found it excessive where they did it just for the sake of being gory.
Sweet dreams Owly.
I watched binge-watched eleven seasons of it in about three weeks. It's addicting.Oh really! That's basically why I never got into it, because I'm not into horror either. It must be done pretty well then.Does it get gory or anything?

I have to agree- maybe it was just because it was the first episode, but the imagery there was pretty much the most shocking in the series. Translation: if you can make it past episode one, the worst is pretty much over. The most intense scenes I saw where when Sam and Deans mom and one of their girlfriends was stuck to the ceiling and burst into flames.
When my dad first got out of the hospital, I started having some trouble sleeping, anxiety, etc. That's how it works for me, I'm a rock until it's over, and then it all catches up to me once.
I'd always written Supernatural off cause I hated horror, but my friend kept posting these hilarious one-liners by Dean, so I gave it a shot. You'd think something scary/suspenseful would be horrible for anxiety, but somehow having the show to throw myself into helped me a lot.
Goodnight Owlette.
