His partner identifies as gay that's his "sexual orientation", so why would a gay man be attracted to a female? Or a person calming to be a man with a vigina?

Also why would the woman who identifies as a man, be having vaginal sex?

His partner is biologically female and of the male gender. Some people in this situation would identify as straight. Others would say that this is what it means to be pansexual (versus bisexual). This particular man has decided that "gay" best describes his orientation. Your confusion is understandable, but I don't see how these issues, which arise as a result of the limitations of language, are of any consequence worth complaining about on an Internet forum.

I thought the far-right "every child is precious" crowd would find this kind of story heartwarming, but the tone is of the OP is way different than I expected. Guess pregnancies are an emotional weapon which can be used either way depending on the needs of the narrative being created.

Apparently she decided to keep all of her reproductive organs, and thus was able to be impregnated.

So, this genetic female gave birth.

It's not like it's being stated in this article that a genetic male gave birth.

If by "genetic male" you mean someone with XY chromosomes (which is the only "genetic" part), then yes, genetic males have given birth.

1. Sexual orientation doesn't mean that every relationship you will ever be in will correspond to that label.
2. Gender dysphoria is like every other medical condition on the planet - there are degrees of discomfort caused by the condition. Apparently this individual doesn't have as much bottom dysphoria as some people.
