OMM: I feel like a chicken with no head! I am running in so many different directions...I have no idea what I'm doing anymore. I walk into a room and forget what I went in there for and then as I walk out I remember. Today, I am struggling.

Me, too. This year has been hard in some ways and joyous in others. But I wouldn't trade any of it for perfection.

True - this year I have learned a lot more about responsibility, management & I have had to be more aggressive then ever (more so in my job each day). It has pushed me far from my personality trait and out of my comfort zone. Some days have been hard, but overall it has definitely made me into a stronger person.
