And as for soda, I haven't drank soda since I was 12. But I'll admit that when I did drink it Dr. Pepper was my favorite.

I think the most I have gone is 3 days.... but the only way I can manage such things are if I am constantly moving..... after a certain point..... my body will shut down and force sleep if it is immobile too long. I think Im about to fall asleep though.... hopefully.

I am listening to some calm talking on youtube. I usually don't make it past 30 mins when I listen to these things. The problem is, my brain doesnt know when to shut up.... some nights I wish my brain werent like the dang energizer bunny....

Yeah, I listen to hypnosis videos and ASMR videos just cause the person talks calmly and quietly.

I don't believe in hypnosis or any of that stuff...... but.... its a sleep aid thats for sure.
