It's hard to find any numbers for that. The proportion is miniscule.
What proportion of Ugandan Christians believe gay people shoule be imprisoned or killed?

Sadly, having Michael Nazir-Ali as a source does nothing to help the case.
Sadly such a statement is meaningless and a baseless slur unless you show proof as to why he's not credible.
Also, that's not the only source in the American Thinker article. It is intellectually dishonest to dismiss the entire article based on one baseless claim, focusing on one individual that you haven't proved is not credible.

Not at all -- they just keep quiet but for the anonymity of the internet.

The reason Sweden seems to have the highest rape rate has everything to do with the Swedes, namely the fact that Sweden, unlike other countries, counts every act of rape seperately while other countries count one victim = one rape crime, regardles how many times the victim was raped.

So when an abusive Swedish husband keeps raping his wife on weekly bases for five years, that makes 52 x 5 = 260 rape crimes in the Swedish statistic, not one rape crime as counted by other countries. And when a Swedish hockey team gang rapes a girl, that makes x number of players = number of rape crimes, instead of one victim, one rape crime, as counted in other countries

You actually find it believable that women would wait a year after being raped every week (day, whatever), then finally walk in to report it? Do you have evidence that this happens, or just that it might happen?

And you actually believe that this actual evidence doesn't mean anything?

"Sweden’s population grew from 9 million to 9.5 million in the years 2004-2012, mainly due to immigration from "countries like Afghanistan, Iraq and Somalia”. 16 percent of all newborns have mothers born in non-Western countries. Employment rate among immigrants: 54 percent...
n 2003, Sweden’s rape statistics were higher than average at 9.24, but in 2005 they shot up to 36.8 and by 2008 were up to 53.2. Now they are almost certainly even higher as Muslim immigrants continue forming a larger percentage of the population.

With Muslims represented in as many as 77 percent of the rape cases and a major increase in rape cases paralleling a major increase in Muslim immigration, the wages of Muslim immigration are proving to be a sexual assault epidemic by a misogynistic ideology."

http://en.europenews.dk/Sexual-Assaults-in-Sweden-Increase-500-79209.html

When did this "unique" way or reporting rapes begin?

It happens all the time, actually -- particularly in cases of spousal or acquaintance rape.

As was stated, it is not necessary for Muslims to desire, nor request, this amongst themselves. It is clear they can choose that as an arbitration method (Judy Judy example.)
Here's an example that I believe is more representative of what Sharia courts are like.

The Jews have always had the 'Beth Din'. If a Jewish woman wants a divorce she must go through the 'Beth Din' which follows the Law of Moses. If she doesn't and just goes through the secular civil courts she will be excommunicated from their fellowship, also is the husband if he does not live up to his agreements made in the divorce agreement. The 'Beth Din' sets the agreements for spousal and child support, etc. and it is binding within their laws of their faith.
It is the same for business disagreements, etc.

Actually it is quite scriptural for Christians, too. Within the church disagreements are suppose to be settled by the elders in the church, not in secular civil courts.

What about them. The effect is real, and well recognised. Statistics between countries are very often not compatible because of ways they are collected; that's a generalised problem for sociologists that's been known for a long time, and we know specifically why it's a big problem in this instance. And we also know why comparing rape figures over time is meaningless - because what you are comparing is reports (or convictions), not instances of the crime, and reporting rates change massively as societal attitudes change.

Proof?
Proof that this has taken a huge upturn in the last 10 years?

Well, ten years ago, I didn't personally know any women who were in that situation. Now I know three.

I understand that that's hardly a scientific method, but it shows that it exists.
