CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The rest of sabbath is in that finished work...the day given later was to teach men that to honor God they must honor that the rest he has provided.

Rev 13:8 the wording of this verse lends itself to description more than a title...yet even if given as a title...which title has been given him that is not true...would he who only speaks truth rather not have called him the lamb that was always intended....
Rev 17:8 tells us the book itself was penned before the foundation(if you can see it he is that book and we are hidden in him to be revealed on that day)
1Pet1:20 tells us he was forordained before the foundation of the world....how is one ordained by the laying on of hands....now think of this... on the great day of atonement there are two lambs identical to one another. on one the priest will lay his hand and slay it on the other he lays his hand upon it to place the sins of man on it then it is led into the wilderness where it to is killed.
In the begining was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.......and that word became flesh.....
There is truth before one can learn truth....one must learn truth before it can manifest
Jesus was the truth of Gods fulfillment of salvation before the levitical sacrifices taught us of what he would manifest in his flesh.

Scriptures does interprets scriptures.....
It's a no brainer that Jesus Christ is the lamb of God, that God foreordained before the world was created. The wording of Revelations is not always litterally applied.1Pe 1:19
But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
1Pe 1:20
Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
1Pe 1:21
Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

Gal 4:4
But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,

Since the law is the word of God..and Jesus was the word manifested in the flesh..and Paul was his bondslave..what was dung was what he could gain by human influance of having his OWN righteousness by the law...but through Christ by a complete trust he could obtain the righteousness of God....do you know what that means....its not a voucher saying your bill is paid.... the righteousness that a man finds in the law is only in him trying to be obedient despite his nature to be disobedient.... God's righteousness in Christ is the Spirit of God becoming one with you and changing your nature to where you naturally do those things in the law... Moses taught us what was the right thing and by doing so also taught us that the right thing was not in our nature. Christ says he makes a new man that is one with him and the father. and Paul tells us that our old man is crucified in Christ and this new man lives by the power of the Spirit. if we depend on the old then we will find our souls breaking the law if we depend on the new when he keeps his nature through us. the wine of this new covenant cannot be kept as an old wine skin it must be that new one skinned alive in you by His resurrection if you lean to this then his life which Moses told us is obedience will live in you

So do you think this means we're obligated to the law? If Paul obeyed the law how could he live as a gentile? Remember he chewed Peter out for this.

You are combining serval different scriptures from Pharisee Shaul's letters without proper Torah foundation. Pharisees are experts in Torah, they are like the Torah police. How would you answer a police officer, that ask you "Did you commit the crime?". Then this same police officer tells you "Don't worry if you broke the law, it is ok, just tell me please did you break the law?" While the police officer is promising you this, you notice the billy club and handcuffs that are attached to his waist. It was because of the reliigous leaders that Christ was crucified, Peter liked to work with the roman soldiers.

Your example is not in line with what I have wrote maybe like this a police officer pulls me over and says you are a criminal to prove it hear the law...you have a set time before the trial and then you will die...then that officer says I will pay this penalty for you IF you handcuff yourself to me keep your mouth shut dont do anything but breath...I will take over your life because I am not a criminal when people speak to you I respond when action is required I act...if you do speak or act you will bring yourself back to judgment

It seems the false idea that recieving Gods righteousness is a position instead of an action is just as hard to dislodge from those who disagree with the first stance
Yeshua came to make us the law as he is the law but how to say it to those who only hear legalism or lawlessness.
