Well the sooner truth comes and we recognize it and take it up the better.
Yes OSAS has fallen to the truth!
Funny how some believers state with such certainty against OSAS when they don't know for sure whether they themselves are saved.
I've pointed out several times that there is not one single named believer in the text shown as losing their salvation 'eternally.' So the position of NON-OSAS is entirely derived apart from any named example.
Plenty of texts have been presented to perfectly clear it up that OSAS is a fallacy.
It you or anyone has once come to Salvation you will find the evil one will be on you like a mad man to cause you to fall and your only hope is Christ in you and keeping Him Only as master in you or down you will go.
He only is greater than he, Satan, who is in the world!
Feigned certainty about what God will say on judgement day is kind of presumptuous. Some call it a sin to be presumptuous about God's grace and mercy. How about you, what do you call it?Funny how some believers state with such certainty against OSAS when they don't know for sure whether they themselves are saved.
Exactly zero of those claimed scriptures show a single believer eternally losing their salvation, contrary to what some 'think' they see. It isn't there to see.
The last place I'd care to get sucked in is by lying and saying 'I'm sinless.' That is kind of the epitome of personal deception don't ya think?
Your supposed immunity from sin has been duly marked for the big stretch of imagination that it is.
Yes it is true we all have fell in sin, but that don't keep us continuing in sin,
I understand that. So why the desire to sell and promote doubt? To me, that is a sin in itself.Satan does that but Christ is greater if in you and the victory then is yours as long as you allow only Him to be the Master in the soul temple, He in you is the only hope of Glory for any!

I just don't recall becoming sinless quite honestly. The instant I think I'm all that I get an immediate evil defiling thought. Funny how that works ain't it?

I'm entirely NOT confident in myself to start with. So where might I rest my confidence?
Well, all I can do is say that presuming on grace is no way to walk with Christ. Asking for grace and mercy is a good way to walk with Jesus. That verdict was already handed down. GUILTY. No one has any basis from that point.
Some call it not basing our salvation on our performances and trusting the sufficiency of His.
Then you understand the reluctance of OSAS adherents to base that trust on anyone else or in any other direction?
Is that a bad thing, that kind of confidence?

John 15:1-14 NAB (1) I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower. (2) He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and everyone that does he prunes so that it bears more fruit. (3) You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you. (4) Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me. (5) I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing. (6) Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned. (7) If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you. (8) By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples. (9) As the Father loves me, so I also love you. Remain in my love. (10) If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and remain in his love. (11) I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be complete. (12) This is my commandment: love one another as I love you. (13) No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends. (14) You are my friends if you do what I command you.
Uh, yeah, that is the presentation of OSAS.

I don't believe any formulas I may apply are the fulcrum, initiator or mover of those matters.
It's a One Way Street.
