It includes that which is supported by evidence. It happens to be natural processes. It never stated that there weren't magical fairies involved. It also never stated they fairies COULD be involved. Because... why would they?

God didn't breath man into existence. He formed man out of dust then breathed life into the man. The most you can say is that God built a man with a dead soul then breathed life into the man and his soul.
