This is just so funny. All this blather about Foxworthy didn't write it and yet when I ask you why you say that with such passion your reply is:

Well it wasn't written by Napoleon either, but I'll have a hard time finding evidence to back that up. Foxworthy wouldn't write anything so politically biased and sophomoric. If he wrote a list like that, it would be funny to both parties. He's a pretty good comedian, although apparently not too well versed in politics.

Remember, I provided the ABC article stating that Foxworthy, who usually doesn't take part in political things, has backed Romney and is being vocal about it.

Many of us knew this wasn't Foxworthy's just through years of experience with bad chain emails and some common sense. Using 'Beck' and 'informative' in the same sentence is a contradiction. Anyway, thanks for warning us that this was the Beck channel instead of a reliable news source.

Tue. the 11th I watched, as I have for the last 4 years, MSNBC reairing of NBCs live coverage of 9/11.

I do that to relive what I did on 9/11, watched for 6 hours straight as it happened. I'd have watched all day, but I'd worked the previous Monday night and had to return to my job as a security guard Tuesday evening.

Don't you tell me what I remember or forget, and don't you ever say such a thing to anyone you do not know.

I can't watch videos (computer problem) but wanted to comment on Egypt.

The Arab Spring was a popular uprising - no-one foresaw it. It was due to a number of factors, and in Egypt in particular was a response to both political and economic factors. The economy there was stilted - a few at the top held the wealth, and a huge percentage of Egyptians were spending about half their income on food (commodities became the harbor of investors following the global collapse). Mubarak was our guy - like many autocrats, he was supported by the US, and was known to have tortured and worse countless people who were suspected of opposing his rule. The resentment against the US throughout the middle east is to our meddling and control among people who desire self-determination.

If we believe in our own self-determination and democracy, then to not also support the same for other nations is inconsistent. I may not agree with the Muslim Brotherhood's stance, but they were democratically elected.

And how Obama had a hand in overthrowing Mubarak is beyond me -- perhaps it can be explained.

If I were to listen to the conservatives, then my marriage has became meaningless because of gays, the military would have fallen apart because of the gays, we are under a communist/socialist/fascist dictatorship because of Obama while living under Sharia law because of those Muslims who built that community center in NY and the terrorists. Excuse me if I don't get bothered by the scare tactics employed by the conservatives.
