You don't get the blessings by speaking them,
You are right, you don't get them from speaking them. You do however, get them from
believing AND
speaking them:
22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
-Mark 11:22-24
you get them by doing His will!
The will of God is to believe:
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
-John 6:29, 39-10
The reward goes to the overcomers of the error within their church.
We overcome by faith:
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
-1 John 5:4
Also, a saved individual that rebells against Yah's instructions will earn the curses associated with his action. We reap what we sow. Paul clearly stated that believers get sick and die as a result of sin.
This is true. However, it is not God killing them:
3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,
5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
-1 Corinthians 5:3-5
It sounds to me that you are a bit legalistic yourself. We are not qualified for any blessing based upon our behavior. We are qualified for the blessings based upon the sacrifice of Christ on the cross in our behalf.
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
-Galatians 3:10-14
