I did five conferences today while feeling like I was going to fall apart. I'm so proud of myself. Also, parents tell me too much info about their lives. I mean I like that they share, but oh my....

Now don't take offense, I am no skinny minnie so I say this with love...and concern due to it's existence.
Rule #2: Leopard print one piece plus size jumpsuit. <-- Ban this from the earth. And if you find it. Don't pick it up, or wear it. For that matter, if the girl in the next change room goes in with one, stop her!

... actually I guess I shouldn't discriminate. Rule #2 could apply to guys as well although I haven't seen it. But if one should exist in mens clothing as well *just shakes head and cries at the idea*

IJWTS I am now on annual leave for 4 weeks (and 2 roster days), now I know you're all jealous but it isn't all pancakes and Ice cream, I have a job interview tomorrow morning, my sisters wedding the next day and then I have to endure 3 weeks in the US

IJWTS - I've seen the most ridiculous things around CF while being on staff.

IAJWTS - Ugh. Pet peeve is when I know someone is talking directly to me, but they say "some people here" but everyone knows who they're talking about. Happened to me yesterday and it's not a great feeling. Havent people heard of talking to you in private about whatever? Instead of insulting you by saying "Some people here..". It's embarrassing.

I have a goal because I'm not happy with something but I don't want to wait until I reach that goal to be happy but then again I don't think I'll be happy until I get to the goal.

Stop thinking of it as a goal and think of it as a challenge.

With a goal, you are failing until you complete it. With a challenge, you are constantly winning as long as you are moving toward the end. Its a much healthier mental switch

Then again, I don't make resolutions because it drives me batty to not get them done in a day so I might not have a clue what I am talking about
