IJWTS- it was an excellent day. I finalized the registration for that college course I was trying to get into, then, I stopped in at a sushi restaurant just to try it out. It was all-you-can-eat and it was good sushi too, not like one of those crappy buffets. I must have eaten over $100 worth of sushi for just $20, so much that I had to walk it off for 20 minutes before I could even get back onto my bike.

That sounds heavenly!

IJWTS~Was planning on trying out a new bible study tomorrow at my friends house. I just really don't wanna drive 30-45 mins to get there. It's another town and I really loathe driving somewhere I don't know in the dark! ! !

I drive 45-50 minutes to go my small group, their Bible studies, and their activities. Where I live, every single church close by has absolutely no one in the congregation that's anywhere near my age; absolutely no one between about 19 and 40. What's sad is that I'm not kidding or exaggerating AT ALL. (We're the retirement capital of the world over here! ) So I have to drive that far to get to churches with younger congregations. It's annoying, but to me it's worth it! It's worth it to be part of a church that has more diversity in age. And I absolutely LOVE my small group! So I'm thankful that at least it's only 45-50 minutes and not more!

So I say try out your friend's Bible study, but also try out many more Bible studies that are closer to you. A closer one is always better, but just don't limit yourself to only Bible study groups that are say 10-15 minutes or less from your house. You may find one that you really, really love that's 40 minutes away. You may love it so much that it's worth the drive. Keep an open mind and good luck!

Go there, make a practice run during the day. I don't want any excuses for not getting involved. You have an opportunity so take it.

All I know for certain, sour cream and corn relish.

Okay, I don't know that for certain.

I stopped short of eating it all. Just.

So now my late lunch (I didn't have breakfast till after my interview, and as it turns out after driving my sister to her doctor's appointment because the morning sickness was a bit too much) has had coleslaw, silverside (corned beef) and cheese rolls added to the menu. Yes folks, I add slaw to a bread roll.

Yeah, lol, my buddy Aaron is like that too... he diets a lot too, but he can't seem to "quit burgers" (as he puts it) either.

Just eat more fibre if you plan on eating more fast food.

I'm not too overwieght...only a few pounds over the high target. It's just I'm loosing more than that to have a little breathing room. Yeah, those burgers are hard to quit

Fiber food for fast food...huh.

Yep, he lost like 40 lbs now using fibre as a large part of his diet; well, and he walks a lot too.

I, on the other hand, am looking to gain 20 lbs; but that's purely muscle

I had a day off today, tomorrow's going to be frigid cold; but, better to show up and get sent home than to just miss a day's pay altogether
