How about we ask modern society if they find it reasonable that the scientific method that has allowed our standard of living suddenly stops working when we look at the big bang or evolution?

Nope. It's been shown over and over again how you're wrong. Cherry picking momentary items and showing how their math is correct or something like that doesn't make the Bible scientifically correct.

There is a lot to learn in Isaiah. Here we learn that Jerusalem shall be inhabited and we saw that happen after WW2. After almost 2000 years the people began to again speak the Hebrew language. Yet they try to claim that the Bible was written after prophecys came true. Not before this happens.

I also like the part where we are told on the third day we will reap what we sow. Soon the third day is coming. Of course for some what they reap is not going to be a good. But for those who sow good seed then we can look forward to what we will receive on the third day when Jesus returns.

We see that soon God will deal with the people who speak against Him. He will "frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish."

Drugs are becoming a problem in that they can make a synthetic and it is not in and of itself illegal. A simple law can fix the problem, just make synthetic drugs of a illegal drug illegal. But there is to much money involved to do that. All they have to do is make a slight change and they have a legal drug. The kids can go home and tell their parents that this is legal and it's not illegal. Recently they had a drug that 911 was getting so many calls about that they made it illegal. But it really was causing problems. The devil is out to destroy people. God warns them they have to repent and turn away from their drugs.

It shows parts of the bible are about historical events. At least some of those events are not portrayed accurately. It certainly does not show what you insist it does and it does not show the truth of it's claims about a higher being.

A scientific discovery of an alternative cause would be the falsification test.

God-energy is also the force that holds galaxies and galaxy clusters together, instead of dark-matter.

It's hardly a prediction at all though.

But it is a prediction.

For one thing, it could mean almost anything, especially if you consider that maybe God could understand the people He was talking to, who would certainly not believe the Big Bang theory.

The belief is in the expansion. Big Bang theory is the scientific explanation of that expansion. But even without the theory there is still the expansion.

They sure do. The stars are ordered:

“Lift your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all these? He who brings out the starry host one by one, and calls them each by name. Because of His great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing.” (Isa 40:26).

Also, where's the formula? There's not even any numbers, it would be a nearly worthless prediction if it were one.
Also, it's wrong. It's in the past tense. Per the prediction, the universe must have stopped expanding by the time of Isaiah. It hasn't.

If the Bible tells us the earth is circular and scientists discovered that the earth is circular, then this scientific discovery can serve as confirmation of the biblical claim.

If the Bible tells us that the universe was expanded by an undetectable force and scientists discovered that the universe is expanding by an undetectable force, then this scientific discovery can serve as confirmation of the biblical claim. God-energy did it.

All you get by pretending that figurative speech is a scientific prediction is egg on your face.

If the “figurative speech” is scientifically accurate, then bring on the eggs.
