It seems you have more research to do. In even the most basic examination, it is clear that "Allah" is not the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Elohim).
According to the Christian and Jewish understanding of the Scriptures? Absolutely.
It all rests on what you consider to be true: the Qur'an stands and falls with the claim that previous scriptures have been "corrupted" by Man.
However, the Qur'an contains material in relation to Jesus that's taken from the Infancy gospels: fabrications that were written as late as the 3rd century, with no historical basis whatsoever. That alone, to me, is ample proof that the Qur'an is just as fraudulent as the Book of Mormon, although considerably less embarrassing as a work of literature.
(Honestly, Joseph Smith's feeble attempts at imitating the early modern English of the King James Bible are unintentionally hilarious.)
So: is Allah supposed to be the God of Abraham? Yes, absolutely. That's what the whole religion of Islam is built upon.
Do Islamic scriptures indicate that they've indeed been composed by said deity? Not at all.
