Then I'll take his point with a grain of sand.
I don't know what you taking his point with a "grain of sand" means. He was generally referring to how non-religious the UK is and how completely apathetic most here are to religion, and he's completely right.

When AV says he'll take it with "a grain of sand" he means that like everything else about the real world that doesn't fit in with his views he'll just ignore it or deliberately misunderstand it. It's his coping strategy.

Please explain the reference to the bucket then.

And what if they don't fit in with yours -- what do you do?

No, not really.

Though the point is there. UK Politicians don't do God. It isn't mentioned.

(emphasis mine) ...and who was it first said that? One of the biggest liars in UK politics for decades. (he was of course actually talking about the New Labour administration not UK politicians across the board so to try to apply it in that manner is misleading at best)

That's inaccurate. Darwinism is quite rooted and adhered to.

I'm not the one who has to make the real world fit any preconceived notions. That's your problem, not mine.
Arab phoning your own quote, so you won't have to answer my question?

Fair enough -- don't expect me to play along.

It's amazing how these guys suddenly change their wording (or each other's wording) when you call them out -- isn't it?

You can hear that Arab phone ring a mile away.

It's amazing how dumb creationists want to play around synonyms. Like "theory".

Fine, cope with it how you like. As long as it keeps reality as far away from you as possible you seem to be happy.
At lease I can answer questions honestly; and do it without the use of an Arab phone.

I did answer your question. You just didn't like the answer. You then pretended that somehow I was avoiding your question. I'll make it clear for you:

If real the real world contradicts my views, I change my views. Simple. You on the other hand have the problem that your religious views can't be changed, therefore you have to work out a way of coping with the fact that the real world contradicts them. You do this, as you are demonstrating very clearly here, by ignoring or deliberately misunderstanding the real world. That is your problem, not mine.

Clear enough for you?

"Simple" or "often"?

If you change your views with every new issue of SlyandTricks Anmerrymen, why should I take what you say against against the Bible seriously?

Why can't I just wait until your views catch up with God's?
