When I call "Poe!", I am admitting ignorance.

Let's suppose you 'call Poe' on someone.

How can that person convince you he is not a Poe?

He is a troll, or he is sincere. The poster is not a "Poe". It is the post that is in question. I call "Poe!" on a post whose sincerity I cannot determine. If the poster convinces me he is one or the other then I no longer consider his post a "Poe".

You tell me, AV1611VET, how you would go about convincing me that you are not a troll. To convince me that you are a troll, you would only have to admit it.
But to convince me you were not, would take a bit more effort. Remember, I have read many of your posts, and if you are sincere, I have a very low regard for your opinions, based largely on your self-admitted contempt for reason, your semantic dishonesty and your fallacious arguments. So to prove yourself sincere, you would have to become what you are apparently unwilling to be, honest with yourself and reasonable.

I doubt you would find it worth the effort to try to convince me of your sincerity.
