CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Unless he existed at a time after the books of the bible was written and was given the power to decide which books would be passed on in the canon and which books would be forgotten. Heck, there may even have been more than one such person. It's even possible, though unlikely, that they all met in Rome in the year 382 to hold some sort of council. Nah. Couldn't be.

It's also worth noting that chromosomes are themselves basically just packages for DNA. Which chunks of DNA go where are pretty much irrelevant, so a fusion event like this really doesn't have much of any effect (well, other than reducing fertility for interbreeding between those with and without the fused variant). What's important isn't how DNA is grouped into chromosomes, but rather what DNA is there in the first place. This means that, as Ken Miller states in the above video, it is impossible for a chromosome to be lost: the DNA is sufficiently shuffled around that the loss of any single chromosome would be lethal. The DNA still has to be there, but it can be shuffled into different orders. And that's exactly what happened with our ancestors.

Nor reading comprehension (although we knew that). The question put to him was what he would do if God Himself said He used evolution (not Satan posing as God).
Either that or AV can't distinguish between God and Satan... which doesn't bode well...

If God, Himself, said He used evolution to make Adam & Eve, then obviously the definition of evolution as used by "higher" academia is wrong.
Evolution does not allow for Adam & Eve to coexist as our first parents.
In fact, y-Adam and mtDNA Eve lived, if my memory serves me correctly, thousands of years apart?
