My 24-year old friend recently found out that he has advanced terminal skin cancer. Without the $126,000 in treatments, he has approximately five years to live. If he pursues the treatments, they could actually kill him sooner. He is extremely self-destructive at this point in his life.

I have had a head cold since yesterday and missed a day of work today because of it. I'm also having a "Monster" (read: Romans VII) kind of existence right now.

My ear just started hurting REALLY bad. I've had a ton of ear infections throughout my life. None recently, thank God, but that's what it feels like. I have no idea when I'll have time to get to a doctor, so...please pray that it won't get unbearable before I can see someone.

Thanks, Kris. The pain is like, increasing by the minute. The whole side of my face is hurting. I've decided I'll drop Josh off at school in the morning and go right to the walk-in clinic. Hopefully I can get to work at a decent time. I cannot be out of commission, I have an interview for a new job Thursday!!
