CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok, this is a bit stupid, but this morning I woke up with a feeling that I had something in my left eye, and it just doesn't go away... It kind of disturbs my studying, so I wouldn't mind if you guys prayed with me about it.

I would LOVE prayers for my hubby. He just called and told me that he has a last minute appt today for the second opinion he needs for his back surgery. He's been waiting on this appt for 2 months now - and the doc is in the same group as the first doc who recommended surgery, so we're hoping that's a good sign.

Hmm...do you have allergies? Maybe try a warm compress and/or some benadryll (oral) or some other allergy medication. (Sorry - I am a problem solver - tell me to hush if you don't want my remedies

It's all ok, LOL.
I do have allergies but the plats that I'm allergic to won't be blooming before June-July, soo..

Prayers appreciated.
My ex-husband and I are meeting for mediation of some things this Saturday. He is historically uncooperative and unreasonable and has not given me a reason to believe he will behave differently this time... So, yeah. I would like prayers that God will soften his heart to the issues at hand.
