What if the rapture was tomorrow?

My 4 year old daughter came to me day before yesterday and said, "Mommy, I just dreamed that God touched me and I could fly and then He started touching people all over the world".

Now I have never told her about the rapture and I wondered to myself, was this what she was seeing?

Then more questions, am I ready?

What would change in our lives if the rapture were tomorrow and we knew it?

1/3 of the board would dispute the doctrinal validity of the rapture theory

1/3 of the board would dispute a pre trib rapture.

After thinking about how the rapture is so close I have decided to stop doing anything that gets in the way of my walk with God.

There is too much conflict on this forum, so I am quitting.....I asked God to pull my thread if He wanted me to go and spend the time with Him instead and so I'm blessed He saw fit to answer me and He did it really well too! ......

I have a friend that believes there will not be a Rapture and that there is Kingdom already in your heart - I told her as we go up - I'll be waving and say 'told you so, told you so. That would be a happy 'told you so'.

Believing in the rapture is not a requirement to salvation. Therefore, if one is saved and there is a pre-trib rapture of all the church being taken away, they are going whether they believe in it or not.

What if the rapture was tomorrow?

One day the rapture will be tomorrow!!

IMO we should encourage one another to live for the Lord so that on that day we all will hear the words 'Well done my good and faithful servant'. Compared to eternity the here and now doesnt actually compare!

Let us put off things that offend the Lord. Let us pray without ceasing and take very opportunity to witness. Let us love one another!

Find an elderly, lonely, poor or depressed person and befriend that person. You might actually be saving their life and eternal soul by doing this! The needy are not hard to find. No matter how financially or socially needy we are there is always someone more needy than yourself!
